You are part of a team of 11 colleagues, consisting of Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers and Matchers.

- Our search for new IT talent starts with you! You create a description about the profile to be searched for.
- With your knowledge of the market, you then draw up an action plan. Ready-steady-go!
- You know how to distinguish yourself and approach the market in a well-considered manner. Networking, building relationships (both internally and externally) and personalized inmails make the difference. Our strong presence on social media, our internal and external job sites and other recruitment channels are a great addition to your work.
- You convince candidates of Cegeka and the great job opportunities and chances and you prepare balanced salary proposals.
- At job fairs and events you are the face of Cegeka together with representatives of the business.

Salary: €2,131.87 - €3,269.10 per month
