- Acting as the first point of contact for customers over the phone or by email
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries, and servicing
- Building relationships and finding solutions
- Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
- Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
Who we are looking:
Someone with exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation. Experience of working within a customer services role, previous telephony experience not essential.
- Fluency in German and knowledge of French, Dutch or English at a C1 level would be great.
- The ideal candidate would be FSMA certified, if not, willing to get it within the first 6 months.
- BAC, CESS, High School diploma a must have
- You will require the right to work in Belgium.
What we’re offering:
- 2200€ and 2600€ / month – Depending on experience and certification.
- Fixed term contract of 6 or 12 months (renewable)
- Monday to Friday - Office hours
- 1 month training onsite - 1-2 days from home then in Schaerbeek (moving to Louise in June)
- 13th month bonus
