You will be responsible of the Master Data management and your key responsibilities will include:
Master Data in Oracle EBS
- Be the guardian, centralize, coordinate and operate the master data in the Oracle ERP system mainly around, Suppliers’ maintenance, GL segments (cost centers, accounts, sub-accounts, counterparts), approval workflow and other master data
- Periodical recertification process
- EBS master data alerts maintenance
- Maintenance of the Master data Lotus Note database
Access Management in Oracle EBS
- Operate approved access requests in our core accounting system
- Make the link with the access management centralized tools
- Be compliant with strict access management rules
Your Profile
- Graduate looking for a first experience within a Financial Department
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Client-focused
- Good communication and interpersonal skills allowing to develop good working relationships
- Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines
