Your tasks as a Network Support Engineer

  • As a Network Support Engineer at Telenet Business, you are the technical contact for our customers. They can come to you when it comes to the day-to-day management of their network infrastructure. What that means?
  • You will take on the challenge of servicing our ICT solutions (Networks, Security, Systems) in a qualitative and results-oriented manner according to the agreements made with the customer.
  • You will provide the necessary technical support to our existing customers and, as an expert, you will be ready to assist our field engineers from our office in Mechelen.
  • Because of your expertise and experience in LAN, WLAN, and Data Security, you know how to integrate our infrastructure with other ICT systems.
  • As a technical ambassador, you will have a major impact on our customer satisfaction through a fast approach, carefully executed projects and technical know-how.

    • Networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) from one or more of the following constructors: HPE, Extreme Networks, Aerohive, Aruba, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise,,…
    • Security (Firewall, NAC, Clearpass) from one or more of the following constructors: Fortinet, Sophos, Juniper,
