About the Internship:
As a Data Management Intern at Generations Recruitment, you will be responsible for analyzing data from our CRM to identify internal and external insigths like trends in the Belgian job market in Sales and Marketing. You will play a key role in making data-driven decisions and improving recruitment strategies. This internship is designed for students pursuing studies in data management, business management or related fields, who aspire to translate their academic knowledge into practical solutions. Working with our teams, you will ensure the accuracy, relevance and impact of data.
About the ideal intern:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's/master's degree in data management, business management, analytics, etc.
- Strong interest in data management and analysis and its role in optimizing recruitment practices and labor market intelligence.
- a solid base in Excel/PowerBi (or Tableau) is required, and skills in Python or R are a big plus
- Fluent in English and/or French/Dutch
